Quite a few years ago, after he had sold Broadcast.com to Yahoo! for billions of dollars but before he leapt to international prominence as owner and impresario of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks, I had some brief business dealings with Mark Cuban.

I think Anthony Robbins is a fraud, I believe Chris Brogan, smart as he is, to have very little of any real importance to say, and in my eyes Ken Rutkowski, a great guy and former business partner, is incredibly charismatic but brings very little else to the table.

Oh goody. A Whole New Internet Tax.

Our friends in France have come up with a new form of revenue, and while it won’t matter to you if you don’t have a physical presence there, it’s a new idea that I predict will be taking hold. Heads Up.
